Michelle Tortuya is a Wedding & Event Consultant serving the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, as well as providing destination wedding planning services. As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, she upholds a code of ethics and is dedicated to providing the utmost attention to her clients.

Prior to opening her own consulting firm in 2004, Michelle spent over ten years as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator in City Government. She planned and executed large and small scale events. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, in Organizational Communication. She is confident, calm, and organized and loves to interject fun and enjoyment, throughout the planning process, to make sure her clients are delighted.

Philosophy: Very simple! A special event should be a reflection of emotions, personalities and experiences. The purpose and people of the event shall remain most important throughout the planning process.
